No surprise, but the majority of guests will choose frozen drinks over beer and wine, especially on a hot summer day!

We offer single and double frozen beverage machines. Keep in mind the size of your party because you definitely do not want to run out of margaritas.

For best results, keep margarita machine(s) in the shade during daytime operation. Using a cold mix will ensure better output.

All beverage mixes provided by Mary's Margaritas are non-alcoholic. Any alcohol used must be provided by the rental party.

How much does it cost to rent a frozen beverage machine from Mary's Margaritas?

Our prices range from $175 to $350 per day and are based on machine availability and seasonal demand. Delivery fee may apply based on travel distance.

We help set up the machine upon delivery and leave clear and simple printed instructions.

How long do I have the rental machine for?

The rental is for the full day. We deliver at your requested time and pick-up the rental between 9am-12pm, the next day. For venues, a same day pick-up fee will apply.

How much does same day pickup cost?

A $50.00 charge applies to any rental having to be picked up on the same day as delivery.

Can I move the machine?

No, the machines weigh over 150 pounds and should not be moved. A $300.00 fine will be charged if a machine is transported from the delivery location.

How many drinks does a frozen beverage machine make?

Our drink mix will make approximately 45 eight-ounce drinks. If more guests are expected, a second machine is strongly recommended. If too much demand is put on the one machine it cannot perform properly.

Extra drink mixes are $20. All mixes are fully refundable if returned unopened.

How many machines do I need?

For a party size of 0-50 guests: 1 Machine, 1 - 3 Mixes

For a party size of 50-75 guests: 1 Machine, 3 - 5 Mixes

For a party size of 100 - 150 guests: 2 Machines, 5-8 Mixes

For a party size of 150-200 guests: 2-3 Machines, 10 Mixes

How long does the machine take to freeze?

The first batch typically takes approximately 1 hour. Good news, there is no waiting between batches after that, because you add to the drink chamber as you go, preferably before the machine's beverage reaches the low-level indicator line.

Note: When temperatures are above 90 degrees it will take longer for the machine to freeze.

Who provides the alcohol and how much is needed?

The customer provides all necessary alcohol.

For medium-strength drinks we suggest:

Margaritas - 1.75 liters of tequila

Coladas and daiquiris - 2 liters of rum

How do I secure my event date and rental machine?

A $50 deposit is required to secure the rental date.

We recommend reserving at least 2 weeks in advance and longer during traditional holidays (Halloween, Christmas, New Year's Eve, Fourth of July) or events like the Super Bowl.

What is Mary's Margaritas cancellation policy?

Customers that cancel more than 7 days prior to their scheduled delivery will receive a 100% refund.

We are unable to cancel rental orders within 7 days or under of scheduled delivery.
